Popular for their meaty fruits that range from 12oz up to 2lbs and excellent flavor, they make the ideal addition to your favorite sandwich or snack, or pick them green and fry them up for a tasty treat!

Our live beefsteak tomato starts are grown in 4-6" pots to give them ample room for sturdy roots, and can be transplanted as soon as all danger of frost has passed.

• Sun or Shade: Full Sun (6-8+ hrs)
  
• Water Needs: 1-2" per week; deep watering
• Growth Style: Stems branch and vine vigorously, will need supports
• Space Needed: 24-36" apart; 4-6' rows
• Timing Notes: Ideal growing temp 65-75 degrees, 65-80 days until harvest
  
  

The starts go quickly, so be sure to get your pre-orders in as soon as you can. Charges will apply at the time of pre-order, this just ensures that we can grow what is truly in demand and to secure quantity. If for whatever reason something happens (because that's how nature works) and the items pre-ordered are not available at the time of shipment, those items will be refunded.

Live tomato plants will be available for local pickup or shipment starting early April.
